IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This purchase is for the fit-test. The physical mask will be supplied once the fitting is completed.

To schedule your fit-test please email maskfitting@mhc.ab.ca

Please indicate your program in your email.

Present your receipt as proof of purchase at your fit-test.

The fitting test takes 20-30 minutes.

Please refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking 15 minutes prior to your fit-test.

If you have long hair, please have it in a high ponytail as this will act as an anchor for the top strap of the mask.

Men, please be clean shaven.
